Decent Work and Economic Growth
Sustained and inclusive economic growth can drive progress, create decent jobs for all and improve living standards.
COVID-19 has disrupted billions of lives and endangered the global economy. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) expects a global recession as bad as or worse than in 2009. As job losses escalate, the International Labor Organization estimates that nearly half of the global workforce is at risk of losing their livelihoods.
Even before the outbreak of COVID-19, one in five countries – home to billions of people living in poverty – were likely to see per capita incomes stagnate or decline in 2020. Now, the economic and financial shocks associated with COVID-19—such as disruptions to industrial production, falling commodity prices, financial market volatility, and rising insecurity—are derailing the already tepid economic growth and compounding heightened risks from other factors.
Decent Work & Economic Growth @Eatosystem
The Eatosystem is a community of Organic Farmers, Chefs, Businesses, and Schools, that Connect, Collaborate, & Evolve our Food System and Environment through Organic & Sustainable Farming.
The Eatosystem consists of Eato, Eato X, Communicrop, Elivery, Carboncrop, Recuipe, Tokonomics, & TokonV.

For the Eatosystem this is definitely one of the top fails we are aiming to impact.
We are corresponding regularly with TU university exploring ways to stimulate the interest of the youth into the life of farming/ food production/agri innovation/ organic ambassadors. etc.
We will be regularly engaging with schools in the community to have them onsite to learn about food in a wholeistic manner.
By having the proper nutrition people will be healthier and able to work harder for longer Vs a person living on a processed food diet.
We will be regularly engaging with schools in the community to have them onsite to learn about food in a wholeistic manner.
Changing the food system requires doing so with the young and if you can show them the difference between good food practices and lazy bad practices we have a chance to make a huge impact.
